Dyspraxia & Hypermobility Assessment

AXIA provides Dyspraxia and Hypermobility assessments for adults and children.

The assessment explores areas such as coordination, movement, motor planning and the individual's wider profile, alongside relevant experiences associated with hypermobility.

No GP referral is required and you can self-refer directly to AXIA. Assessments may be completed online or in person depending on the requirements of the assessment.

Our team

AXIA is a family-run service established in 1998. Our multidisciplinary team includes Clinical Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and a Mental Health Nurse.

Service delivery

This is a non-physical service and no shipping is required. Your appointment date and delivery format will be agreed directly with AXIA. Following the assessment, AXIA provides a detailed assessment outcome and report. Where appropriate, the outcome can be shared with relevant healthcare professionals and recorded within NHS records.
